Did you attach a protective film or accessory in your watch screen?
If you are using protective film or accessory on the watch screen, the touch(tap) may not work properly. Also, it may not work properly if you wear gloves, have foreign bodies on your finger, or touch it with your fingernail or ballpoint pen.
This is a characteristic of touch displays.
Since the touch screen usually adopts an electrostatic method, if it gets wet with water or wears gloves, an electrostatic error will occur.
If your screen is damp or wet, wipe it clean and try again!
Restarting the watch is also one way, as it could be a temporary software error.
Finally, please check the version of SW and update it the latest one.
